1. Do we need a wedding content creator?

Every wedding has a story worth preserving. Whether you're planning a simple celebration or an all-day event, if you'd love to preserve the candid, behind-the-scenes moments of your wedding and relive them within days, wedding content creation could be the perfect addition to your celebration.

2. Do you replace a photographer or videographer?

Nope!

 We work alongside your photography and videography team, capturing candid, behind-the-scenes moments that complement your professional photos and films.

3. How many hours of coverage do we need?

Not at all. Many couples aren't sure what coverage, style, or type of content they're looking for—and that's completely okay. During your consultation, we'll guide you through the process, the options and answer any of your questions.

4. Do WE NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANT?

Every wedding is different, which is why there's no one-size-fits-all answer. Some couples only want their ceremony documented, while others want coverage from getting ready to their final dance. During your consultation, we'll help recommend the collection that best suits your celebration.

5. Do you travel?

Absolutely! We're based in Calgary, Alberta, and are available to travel wherever your celebration takes us. We love travelling to celebrate with our couples across Alberta and beyond. Weddings outside the city may require a travel fee depending on the destination.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! We always encourage our couples to share any inspiration photos or videos they love, along with any special moments they'd like us to capture.

7. Will you help direct us or will everything be candid?

No. We intentionally capture everything using the latest iPhone technology to create authentic, social-first content that's ready to enjoy and share right away.

8. Do you use professional cameras?

Our approach is primarily candid, but we're always happy to offer gentle guidance when needed. if you prefer a more direction or have specific ideas in mind, we're always happy to guide you. We want your content to feel natural and true to your celebration.

 

Booking & Investment

 

Is a retainer/deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your wedding date. Your retainer is applied toward your total investment, with the remaining balance due one week before your wedding.

How do payments work?

All payments are made by e-Transfer.

You're welcome to pay in as many installments as you'd like—or in full upfront—whatever works best for you. As long as your balance is paid in full one week before your wedding, we're happy to work with a payment schedule that suits you!

Can we add additional hours later?

Absolutely! If you decide you'd like more coverage, we're happy to add additional hours whenever our schedule allows. If you're considering extending your coverage by more than an hour or two, we'll also review your selected collection together to ensure you're receiving the best value and coverage for your celebration.

When should we book our wedding content creator?

Availability is always subject to our calendar. Ideally, we'd suggest booking at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding to ensure availability and allow plenty of time to plan your content experience together.
