Booking & Investment
 
Is a retainer/deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer is required to officially reserve your wedding date. Your retainer is applied toward your total investment, with the remaining balance due one week before your wedding.
How do payments work?
All payments are made by e-Transfer.
You're welcome to pay in as many installments as you'd like—or in full upfront—whatever works best for you. As long as your balance is paid in full one week before your wedding, we're happy to work with a payment schedule that suits you!
Can we add additional hours later?
Absolutely! If you decide you'd like more coverage, we're happy to add additional hours whenever our schedule allows. If you're considering extending your coverage by more than an hour or two, we'll also review your selected collection together to ensure you're receiving the best value and coverage for your celebration.
When should we book our wedding content creator?
Availability is always subject to our calendar. Ideally, we'd suggest booking at least 6-8 weeks before your wedding to ensure availability and allow plenty of time to plan your content experience together.
